Can’t get through to anyone
Booked a course by mistake. Cancelled with the course. Trying to cancel with GolfNow to get a refund but cant get through to anyone!

Rain and sleet need a rain check from golf today
Need a credit Golf got rained out today thunder lightning, and sleet. I prepaid green fees.

I called the course to cancel, and they told me to call Golf Now. I got on the phone with GN, and they said I needed to call the course to cancel.
I feel like neither GN nor the course understands the processes.
It was very difficult to even find a number on GN to reach out for support. This needs to improve.

Verified ReviewerI was looking for a way to obtain rain checks from GolfNow, as the course told me that I couldn’t obtain the rain checks from it since I booked through GolfNow.
I called, but the phone line was broken up multiple times. I tried the live chats, and the bot advised I should use the website or app by logging into my account. It wasn't obvious from the app, so I called later and the phone line wasn't broken and got the issue resolved.
- Good when you find hot deals to play
- Just an extra layer to deal with weather interference

Golf now was very receptive to our issue. Cranbury decided to have All carts in by 4:00.
Our time was 1:00. Tough to get 18 holes in that time especially on a holiday!!

Resolved: Pissed off, I want my money back!!!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was finally able to get a hold of a person by hitting the option to make tee time. So if you ever need to talk to an actual person choose option to make tee time.
I called to cancel my key time, and they canceled it, but they wouldn't give me a refund because it was past the 24-hour mark, it was an hour past the time. I've been trying to get a person on the phone to talk to them about getting a refund, but the stupid machine just keeps saying what can I help you with.

Pathetic company
Booked a tee time , wanted to use my gift card. Its at the bottom of the page.
Just wanted my money back. They gave me 76$ out of 86$.
No customer service support. Im done!
Wrong date on T time
This is the biggest rip off ever. I constantly changed my date to the 16 and it booked me in for the 9 th. They took all my money and didnt give me any money back

Cannot ever get an email reply nor a human being on the phone. Terrible company
Can't reach human at all. Points equate to nothing.
Cancelled 2 tee times over past year and wasn't refunded on either. Absolutely a joke.
Try to discuss by email, no one responds. Try by phone and can't get a human being

My issue was resolved. The Golf Now tee time that I booked was already taken.
Golf Now had not yet taken down the available spot.
Once I arrived at the course, I was informed that a twosome had already booked the tee time. There was no other spot in a reasonable time frame.

Rain hard in all the course officially closed at 1:40. I canceled my 9:30 tee time.
Golf does take 4 hours to play if pace is fast.
I will never use them again. Call the course like we used to do!
