This app is an absolute joke. I was not informed of a hot deals cancellation policy.
I have cancelled tee times appropriately before and always got the money refunded to my credit card. Now because it's a hot deal, I got credits to use on the app instead. I don't want credits. I want my money back as our golf season ends shortly.
The phone app has no listed phone number on it to contact customer service which annoyed me even more. After finding a number on Google, my complaints were just pushed aside as company policy states no refund on hot deals, but you get credits. This isn't rocket science. I just wanted my money back.
Just an absolutely poor customer experience with this. They should have better advertised or explained about the cancellation for my hot deals refund. That way, I could have looked into it more.
Just brutal. I do not recommend booking a tee time through this app or company.

Change date
Needed to change date of reservation and was politely greeted. Customer support called the golf course on my behalf and changed to my adjusted date.
Absolutely zero contact with customers. Definitely looking for other ways to book golf. I will contact my credit company to have your charges reversed.

Tee time change
I got an email that said I owe for a tee time on Wednesday 11/13. I never had a tee time for that date with Silverado Golf Course.
I had one for 11/14 at 11:10 that I called them and cancelled.
So there should not be a no show charge to the course. I will talk to the course tomorrow.

I booked a tee time on Sunday at 1:30 pm at Royal Stouffville Golf Course. However, the course did not have a tee time for us, but they charged my credit card $204.51. Can you return the money to me?

When courses are arriating greens, customers should be notified via the website to be able to make decision. Also, you need to be able to speak to a real person not a robot.

Need to cancel reservation
Book a reservation during the week. We live in flnrain comes from no where .
We were expecting a lot of rain today so we tried to cancel yesterday. We were told to wait until today right before tee time to cancel because of the HEAVY rain .
We'll they canceled our reservation but will not give us a refund. So now we ate out the money for not one ,not two but three golfers .

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I could not apply my credit on the App.
The service rep said to call them and they would apply the credit.
I was on the website last week and my credit popped up so I was able to use it. Finally!
Customer service rep very helpful. Apparently, I will have to call them next time I want to use my $200 credit from a previous cancellation. There was no option to use on the app when I was checking out.

Purchased a $100 gift card. When using the golfnow site all the prices are in Canadian currency.
My credit card was charged $141.34 due to the exchange rate to USD which I was unaware of. When trying to book a tee time, using the gift card was not an option. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service only to get disconnected. Golfnow has since converted the money back to Canadian funds after waiting 4 days for a response.
The exchange rate must have changed or there are other fees involved because I now have a balance of $136.97. So my original gift of $100 has cost me $145.71 and several hours lost trying to communicate with golf now. We did ask for a refund but that request was ignored.
We will not be giving them another dime in the future and advising our golfing friends to not use golfnow. Too much of a headache.

Technically help
It took close to five minutes of talking to a robot to get thru to an actual person on the phone. As bad as that was the process to even call you was ridiculous.
Fill in my email address and phone and then wait for a code in order to contact you!? Please what is this I'm calling the Pentagon?
Oh and web site name, Pissed Customer, I was pissed until I called

Hi, I paid for 18 holes for 9/21/24 and only played 9. The staff at JS Clark Park told me to contact GolfNow since that is who I paid with, and they said you guys can give me a pass for my next 9 holes. Thanks.

It sure way a member has to pay to play their own course
I wanted to play a course with a member however they are making the member pay as well due to selling the time to your fine company (LOL joke)

No answer , waiting time exceeded 7 minutes. I called to cancel tee time for 1 pm , September 6,2024, at Rolling Meadows golf course in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Due to weather forecast for thunder storm
