Waiting to get my money back to know it worked but I booked a tee time that booked twice must have been a system error. Called support and got it resolved
I booked my tee time and arrived an hour early to hit some balls on the driving range. Upon walking into the clubhouse, they had a sign stating the course was closed today.
I tried endlessly to contact customer support but the automated answering system doesn't allow you to speak with anyone. Customer service is terrible.
GolfNow app glitch. They accidentally double charged.
They resolved it quick and no issues at all. Great customer service.
