TeeOff Reservation

Yesterday 6/24/2022 I had tried to book golf course, Navy Golf in Orangewood CA. But unfortunately unsuccessful due to your server problems and gave up to play. I surprised to see that $5,$5,$6,$50.69,$50.69 have been charged on my credit account! I called the golf course and got a confirmation that there were any booking on my name through GolfNow. Please double chech on the matter!!

I tried to re arrange my booking to mossock hall, and for the life of me get through to the uk number at all, no email address direct either, resulting in me losing the full £66 I booked for my 2 ball game here. My friend had a car accident coming to pick me up to play the game, so I tried to get intouch. Its is an absolute joke, and totally disappointed all round!

HAVE BEEN EMAILING ALL THE DIFFERENT EMAIL CONTACTS RECD FROM THE GOLF CHANNEL,GOLFPASS, GOLFNOW AND OTHER TOPIC RECD THIS GOLF PLAYER COMPANY. TRIED TO CHAT BUT THAT'S USELESS. NEVER WORKS LIKE WHAT I REC VIA EMAIL BUT WANT TO NOTIFY THEM BUT NOT WORKING.

General questions

Had several general questions including the use of my credit since merger and all under Golf Now. Also wondered why no courses around lake Chelan, WA were included, representative wasn't able to answer this but she was very helpful with all other questions.

User's recommendation: Be Cautious but worth checking to see if this is going to suit your needs.

You double charged me

GolfNow - You double charged me
Called customer service and the guy was totally not helpful. I know its only 6$ but its the principle of bad business. They should refund immediately when they can see that there was a double booking. This makes people unhappy with companies online. He wanted my personal information and I refused to give it. The card is on file. Just put the 6$ back!

Covid cancellation

Booked a tea time to find out playing partner has not got covid . Operator on the phone was a great help and refunded me my £30 into my account so I can used when my playing partner recovers from covid .

Showed a tee time booked but then canceled and golf now can not explained. Killed day away from home
