Web Interface Issues
On January 14th, booked a tee time for January 16th. Email notification/confirmation showed a tee time for January 15th!!
Did it a second time for the 16th and got another not/con tee time for the 15th. Cannot cancel the tee time using online interface "because it's less than 24 hours before the tee time. Called Golf Now rep and he's unable to do anything other than try to contact the course and see if they can cancel the tee time. After awhile, he lets me know that he cannot contact.
I have been trying to contact the course Pro Shop, general manager, Asst. Pro, etc., etc., for the last 18 hours...left messages, etc. 2 takeaways. Don't use Golf Now and don't try to contact Cross Creek golf course in Temecula.

Although it took almost 30 minutes to get everything sorted out Golf Now acknowledged that it was an issue with their booking system which caused the problem. A refund got issued and I was able to rebook…however the system is not very efficient
I booked Willowbrook in Winter Haven, Fl for 1/11.
Golf Now defaulted my reservation to 1/4
I just want to change it to 1-11

Had a tee time booked at Rathsallgh golf. The course left a voicemail notifying course was closed due to storm Bert.
Attempted many times to call golf now but line was constantly busy.
Feel very unsatisfied that we have a lost a round of golf and not received a refund!?
Won't be using the site again unless this issue is rectified.

I'm in Hawaii and have a noon tee time at Waikoloa Kings Course. I had a severe asthma attack and my wife is taking me to urgent care.
Would it be possible to move my tee time to next Sunday, around the same time?
I called the course and they said I would have to go through you. I appreciate your help.
Preferred solution: I would like to get my tee time moved out a week until I’m healthy again
Incorrect info on page
Horrible service . Golf now had 18 holes but course only 8 holes available .
Drove 1 hr to course. Lost money. Course staff not willing to help. Golf now could not be reached after 1 hour on hold .,teiible experience.
Will never play here and will tell my friends .

They were very helpful, I was very pleased.
I had a friend cancel on a round of golf and GolfNow got the tee time cancelled when it was inside of the 24 hour limit. Appreciate the effort they made for me.

I made a mistake on a reservation and tried to call Golf Now to speak with someone to correct the issue. I was unsuccessful in my attempt to speak with a person on two occasions. My first attempt lasted 10 minutes and the second lasted 15 minutes, so I decided to hang up and dispute my credit card charge.
- Good values for rounds at many courses
- Customer service non existent

This app is an absolute joke. I was not informed of a hot deals cancellation policy.
I have cancelled tee times appropriately before and always got the money refunded to my credit card. Now because it's a hot deal, I got credits to use on the app instead. I don't want credits. I want my money back as our golf season ends shortly.
The phone app has no listed phone number on it to contact customer service which annoyed me even more. After finding a number on Google, my complaints were just pushed aside as company policy states no refund on hot deals, but you get credits. This isn't rocket science. I just wanted my money back.
Just an absolutely poor customer experience with this. They should have better advertised or explained about the cancellation for my hot deals refund. That way, I could have looked into it more.
Just brutal. I do not recommend booking a tee time through this app or company.

Needed to change date of reservation and was politely greeted. Customer support called the golf course on my behalf and changed to my adjusted date.
Absolutely zero contact with customers. Definitely looking for other ways to book golf. I will contact my credit company to have your charges reversed.

Tee time change
I got an email that said I owe for a tee time on Wednesday 11/13. I never had a tee time for that date with Silverado Golf Course.
I had one for 11/14 at 11:10 that I called them and cancelled.
So there should not be a no show charge to the course. I will talk to the course tomorrow.

When courses are arriating greens, customers should be notified via the website to be able to make decision. Also, you need to be able to speak to a real person not a robot.
