I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent booking experience made through the GolfNow app that resulted in confusion, poor service, and financial loss due to a lack of accountability on both sides.
I reserved **two tee times** for a total of **8 players** using the GolfNow app. After two players canceled, I updated the booking by removing two players leaving two tee times with three players each.
Upon arrival at the golf course, only **one tee time** was acknowledged by the staff, despite us showing proof in the app that two tee times were booked and paid for.
This caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and in the end, **I was charged for both tee times**, even though only one was honored.
I contacted **GolfNow support**, and was told to speak with the **golf course**. The course staff, in turn, told me to contact GolfNow. I even had both parties on the phone, yet neither would take responsibility, and I was left without any resolution or refund.
This kind of circular finger-pointing is unacceptable and unprofessional.
The facts are clear:

False charge
I used the app and never once gave it my credit card information to purchase a $110 membership. Every time I've called 34 different numbers, it's an AI bot asking me to make a teatime, reserve, or cancel.
I would like to not be charged for this, considering I never selected a membership. I would like to be able to speak with a real person and not some AI assistant who can't get me to customer support.

I made a mistake while on the phone with a buddy booking. I booked the same day (Monday) rather than Wednesday as we planned.
I realized my mistake right away and canceled the same day (Monday) and booked Wednesday. Golfnow wants to charge me for BOTH! I called to let them know immediately and they would only offer me a partial credit.
I asked that they just charge me for Wednesday and they said that is not possible. Stay away from these fraudsters.

Joy did a excellent job resolving the issue.
Went online with GolfNow to schedule a tee time. Tee time wouldnt go through due to the tee time was filled.
Scheduled a new tee time and got it through this time. Get to the golf course and they tell me I have 2 tee times. Now I am being double charged for tee times.
Good luck with golfTry to call Golf Now and they say I cant cancel. Got no help from Golf Now.

I put in the confirmation code and go to a Chinese website !!?? I have called their phone number many times and nobody ever answers the phone.
I dont know if they have anybody working there or not. I would like to get the free $50 worth of golf balls they advertised that I would get, but I havent been able to speak to anybody yet at their number.!??

Course closed
I booked my tee time and arrived an hour early to hit some balls on the driving range. Upon walking into the clubhouse, they had a sign stating the course was closed today.
I tried endlessly to contact customer support but the automated answering system doesn't allow you to speak with anyone. Customer service is terrible.
